There was no wait and many tables open but it still took a very long time for our water to even come. We waited at least TWENTY MINUTES to even get breadsticks! Food was good prices not bad and water tasted wierd… our food arrived and it was great… we got tour of Italy, fetuchinni Alfredo, many breadsticks, salad, a variety of soups, and 2 soegetti with meat sauce (one w/ meatballs) the best thing to get on the menu is the build your own pasta for $13 because you get free soup or salad and breadsticks with that!

Never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks with ice tea. The service was great. The gnocchi soup was made perfect but could have been served hot. Rich, creamy broth, full of flavor, with actual pieces of chicken and plenty of carrots, spinach, and gnocchi. However, it was lukewarm when it arrived. The breadsticks were served hot and were very good. The tea tasted fresh made and was plenty cold. The establishment looked clean, but as soon as I walked in, the smell reminded me of walking into a nursing home! I'm not sure if the carpet needs to be cleaned or what exactly the smell is, but it's gross. The restrooms were clean. The baby changing station and a sink in the womens restroom are out of order.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive garden, and while the food was certainly delectable, it was the service by our waiter, Bryon, that turned our meal into an unforgettable experience.
From the moment we were seated, Bryon's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for his work set the tone for a delightful luncheon.
What stood out was his impeccable timing. Never once did we feel rushed or neglected. Bryon managed to be present at just the right moments, ensuring our beverage glasses were never empty, yet he allowed us ample time to enjoy our conversation without interruption. His attentiveness extended beyond the basic service; he noticed when one of our party was late, he made sure food was already prepared upon arrival.
His professionalism was matched by his humor and charm.
Moreover, Bryon's ability to connect with everyone at the table was remarkable.
At the end of our luncheon, Bryon's goodbye was as warm as his welcome, leaving us with not just satisfied palates but also with memories of a service that was truly heartfelt. It's rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such genuine care, making the dining experience not just about the meal but about the connection.
In an era where good service can sometimes be overshadowed by the pursuit of efficiency, Bryon stands out as a beacon of what service in hospitality should be. To the management of Olive Garden, keep Bryon! he's not just a waiter, he's an ambassador of what makes your restaurant exceptional. We will definitely return, partly for the cuisine, but certainly for the exceptional service provided by Bryon.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience! I was craving Olive Garden, and the food we got was great. The service we got from Victoria made the night even better! She was a great and personable server. We would come back just for her!
